Nintendo’s E3 2018 Direct presentation is still very much a mystery but it would be shocking if Yoshi for Switch didn’t make an appearance. The side-scroller intrigued us with its core gameplay, which involved flipping backgrounds to progress. The classic Yoshi mechanics also remain as does the adorable art-style (mixed with some paper mache). New gameplay is a given but knowing Nintendo, not seeing an accompanying release date would be strange.
