The Initiative – Microsoft’s youngest first party studio – has been on a pretty aggressive recruitment drive for a while now, and the newest person to join their ranks is Sylvia Chambers, who joins the studio as an animator, as per her LinkedIn profile. Chambers has previously worked with studios like Naughty Dog and DICE, and been involved with projects like Uncharted 4 and Battlefield 5.

She is also one of many former PlayStation talents that The Initiative have scooped up, and joins former SIE executives, multiple God of War developers, and more at the studio. Former employees of Rockstar, Insomniac Games, and many more have also been tapped up by the studio over the last year or so.

As for what The Initiative are working on, that’s anyone’s best guess right now. The studio has hinted before that it’s working on a “crazy ambitious” game, while Phil Spencer himself has also talked vaguely about their project- read more on that through here.
