A job listing for the position of Senior Gameplay Programmer at Cloud Chamber suggests that the next BioShock game is being built on Unreal Engine 5.
The studio, founded by veteran Blizzard developers, is working on an RTS and partnering with other former Blizzard veterans at Dreamhaven.
Epic confirms the next-gen engine will launch in full in early 2022. New details on the engine have also been revealed.
The Gears 5 developer has "nothing else to announce at this time."
However, it won't be announcing any new projects or titles "for some time."
inXile Entertainment is seeking individuals with experience in FPS and role-playing titles.
