Alan Wake 2
Remedy Entertainment is a master of creating weirdly beautiful worlds, and Alan Wake 2 is solid proof of that statement. The familiar town of Bright Falls continues to twist and turn as Alan tries to devise his master plan to escape the Dark Place, and it all makes complete sense in the end. The dual protagonist narrative also does a good job of keeping things interesting as you piece together the puzzles and make sense of the overarching narrative. Sure, the combat has been paired down from the original – but that makes the survival horror element of it so much stronger.
