Platinum Games – The Legend of Korra, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutants in Manhattan and Star Fox Zero
PlatinumGames is celebrated for many games (like NieR: Automata). However, it’s easy to forget about its trifecta of releases with Activision, namely Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutants in Manhattan, The Legend of Korra and Transformers: Devastation. These ranged from horrible to good, though the developer also didn’t earn much credit for the disappointing Star Fox Zero on the Wii U. At the time, it felt like the brains behind such classics as Nier and Vanquish were floundering but thankfully, it didn’t last.
