Tales of Arise
Bandai Namco’s Tales series has always offered some strong combat and story-telling (with some middling exceptions here and there). Tales of Arise appears to be aiming for something grander though with its tale of two planets, Dahna and Rena, and opposing but compatible protagonists in Alphen and Shionne. Gorgeous visuals, an evolution of the Linear Motion Battle system and a darker storyline make this worth keeping an eye on when Tales of Arise releases next year for Xbox One, PS4 and PC.
