Crytek has been releasing teases that would indicate a new drone-styled piece of equipment in the form of a beetle that scounts an area for its handler for Hunt: Showdown.
Hunt: Showdown is kicking off its new 60-day event. Dubbed Serpent Moon, the event features snake sacrifice, a new Legendary Hunter, and new weapons.
Crytek confirms it's aware of the exploit and is working on a fix, and warns that intentionally abusing it will result in bans.
Hunt: Showdown's update 1.7 offers a framerate of up to 60 fps on both the PS5 and Xbox Series X/S, which is live now.
"It's one of the most important features for us right now," says Crytek.
Crytek is also planning live events and working on a new boss for the future.
The PS4 version will be out this Fall.
