343 Industries is reportedly abandoning its internal Slipspace Engine, which made its debut with Halo Infinite, in favour of Epic's Unreal Engine.

343 Industries has also confirmed that campaign co-op will allow all players – not just the Fireteam Leader – to make progress towards their own saves.
Halo Infinite's Forge mode is expected to enter beta this September, and new gameplay footage for it has leaked ahead of that.
It's important to note that only online campaign co-op will be released in August, while split-screen will be released at a later date.
After months and years of rumors, several of these titles could finally be announced at one of next month's big showcases.
