Game Overview:
World of Final Fantasy is a role playing game developed by Tose and Square Enix. It returns to the series’ older turn based battle mechanics, along with the Active Time Battle system.
The game pulls in characters from all mainline Final Fantasy titles in a crossover universe.
Titles such as The Messenger, Abzu, My Friend Pedro, Ashen, The Artful Escape, and several others will also be dropped from the catalog.
However, director Hiroki Chiba says a story for the sequel is ready and pending approval from Square Enix.
At least on the Switch, this doesn’t seem like it’ll take up too much space.
