Age of Empires 4 is a real-time strategy game developed by World’s Edge and Relic Entertainment, and published by Microsoft.
It is the first mainline entry in the series after years of a hiatus, following 2005’s Age of Empires 3.
The new expansion brings with it a campaign about the European Crusades, as well as the Japanese and Byzantine factions.
